She has a passion for health and wellness an finding better alternatives to help her staff and clients feel more safe and comfortable in our space. She has spent numerous years as a lash extension educator all while continuing to learn and grow as a hairstylist. One of Jessie’s favorite aspects of the beauty industry is getting to meet and connect with her clients! Hair coloring and long hair cuts and styling are her favorite services to provide behind the chair. When it comes to lashes, every set that leaves the room is her new favorite set! Outside of work Jessie loves to spend time with her family, as well continuing to better herself as a beauty technician with continuing education every chance she gets! |

Ericka Tremblay - Level 3 Apprentice Stylist

She’s been styling, colouring, and even trimming her family’s hair for as long as she can remember. Ericka loves the never ending variety of services and skills to learn and offer. Her favourite services include vivid colours, perms, and working with natural curls. Her creativity doesn’t end when she’s away from the salon; at home she enjoys sewing clothes and costumes. Ericka’s go to products are NeuMoisture shampoo and conditioner, NeuCurl crème and Kevin Murphy smoothing cream and the whole Eleven Australia line! |

Emma McCgaherty - Apprentice Stylist - Level 1
Hourly Rate: $40 per hour + Color Cost My passion for hair began in high school, where I discovered my love for cosmetology through hands-on classes. Even as a child, I was fascinated by hair—constantly styling, braiding, and experimenting on friends and family. Over time, that curiosity grew into a true calling, and I found myself not only styling but also cutting and coloring. In September 2024, I decided to fully commit to my dream and enrolled in hair school. I immersed myself in learning everything from foundational techniques to advanced skills, and after months of dedication and hands-on training, I proudly graduated in April 2025. I especially enjoy the precision of foiling, the artistry of vivid colors, and even the timeless challenge of a classic perm wrap. For me, hairstyling is the perfect balance of creativity, skill, and connection with each client. |

Stacey Forth - Master Esthetician
staceys_esthetics_beautique Stacey's professional esthetics journey began in 2017, and she knew instantly her passion was all things skincare. She took the Clinical Esthetics program in the summer of 2022 to begin living her dreams. She has always loved helping people, and when her work can give someone an extra confidence boost or help them to feel good about themselves, her heart is filled. Her favorite services to perform are microneedling, dermaplaning, facials, tinting, brow lamination, lash lifts and waxing. "After a long career in office administration, my heart was ready to finally dive deep into my passion - skin! I myself deal with skin conditions and I know how it feels to find relief after rebuilding a healthy skin barrier. I have been with Organic Oasis since June 2024, allowing me to turn my passion into a career. I adore my job as I get to chat with so many beautiful personalities each day, and create them a set of nails unique to their style. My favorite services to do are natural nail overlays using Fuzion Gel or anything including art, as I love to hand paint tiny, delicate details on the smallest canvas. |

I’m now excited to bring my skills and eye for detail to Organic Oasis in Penhold, where I’m offering part-time appointments while studying Psychology at Red Deer Polytechnic. Whether you're after a soft, natural look or full-on glam, I specialize in enhancing your natural beauty—always with lash health as my top priority. Chandler has been a register massage therapist since the spring on 2023, Graduating from Alberta College of Massage Therapy's 2200 hour program with honors. He is a dedicated and passionate RMT who has helped hundereds of satisfied clients manage their aches, pains, and aiding in rest, and relaxation. Trained in relaxation and therapeutic Swedish techniques; encompassing myofascial, and prenatal techniques, as well as silicon and fire cupping. "I have always been fascinated with anatomy and how our bodies work. Learning about the muscles and surrounding tissue and how to effectively treat someone who's in pain or is sore was very satisfying knowing you are actually helping someone. I graduated honors, from the Alberta Institute of Massage as a 2200 hour (Advanced Diploma) RMT with training in Swedish Relaxation, Therapeutic, Prenatal and Sports Massage, Myofascial Cupping and Foot Reflexology. I absolutely love learning and I am very excited to continue learning through additional training in new modalities. I have received my Reiki Master Level 3, from a wonderful teacher in Red Deer whom I greatly admire. I am supported by my loving husband and my young son, who are my everything!! One of my true passions in life is to help people through healing. I’ve been coming to Organic Oasis Spa and Salon for hair and massage treatments for a very long time and have always been treated so well by the staff. I really enjoyed the environment.
