Rae has been in the beauty industry since 1999, she has always had a passion for all things beauty related. She has a love for getting to know her clients and loves to joke and tell stories. She has lots experience in colors, detailed cut, make up and sugar hair removal. She started Organic Oasis in 2015 after running a home based salon for 7 years and grew out of her home. 
She has a passion for health and wellness an finding better alternatives to help her staff and clients feel more safe and comfortable in our space. She prides herself in advancing and growing herself, her team and the business.

Jessie Hayden - Level 5 Journeyman Stylist & Lash Technician

Jessie has been in the beauty industry for 6 years focusing on hair and lash services. She has spent numerous years as a lash extension educator all while continuing to learn and grow as a hairstylist.
One of Jessie’s favorite aspects of the beauty industry is getting to meet and connect with her clients! Hair coloring and long hair cuts and styling are her favorite services to provide behind the chair.

When it comes to lashes, every set that leaves the room is her new favorite set! ​Outside of work Jessie loves to spend time with her family, as well continuing to better herself as a beauty technician with continuing education every chance she gets!

Reilly Dixon - Level 3 Apprentice Stylist

Hello I’m Reilly, I’ve been in the industry for two years now, I have always had a passion for hair I love being able to make people feel there best. I enjoy coloring, extensions and cuts I’m always willing and excited about trying new styles and techniques. Connecting with people and making someone feel comfortable and confident is the best part of my job! 
I was born and raised in Innisfail, Alberta. When I’m not behind the chair you would find me at the gym I have been very passionate about the gym and moving my body pushing yourself and reaching goals. I will admit I am a crazy cat lady I could talk about my cats forever! I love all things interior design and decorating I am always rearranging or adding something new. 

Ericka Tremblay - Level 2 Apprentice Stylist

Ericka finished as valedictorian of her hairstyling program in March of 2023. She’s been styling, colouring, and even trimming her family’s hair for as long as she can remember. Ericka loves the never ending variety of services and skills to learn and offer. Her favourite services include vivid colours, perms, and working with natural curls.

Her creativity doesn’t end when she’s away from the salon; at home she enjoys sewing clothes and costumes.

Stacey Forth - Master Esthetician

Stacey's professional esthetics journey began in 2017, and she knew instantly her passion was all things skincare. She took the Clinical Esthetics program in the summer of 2022 to begin living her dreams. She has always loved helping people, and when her work can give someone an extra confidence boost or help them to feel good about themselves, her heart is filled. Her favorite services to perform are microneedling, dermaplaning, facials, tinting, brow lamination, lash lifts and waxing.

"After a long career in office administration, my heart was ready to finally dive deep into my passion - skin! I myself deal with skin conditions and I know how it feels to find relief after rebuilding a healthy skin barrier. I want to share my knowledge to help people to love the skin they are in and to know that there is always hope!"

Megan Salomons - Master Esthetician

Megan Salomons is a full time clinical and professional esthetician, she can do laser hair removal, Microneedling, IPL, dermaplaning, regular facials, Hydrabrasion Facials, waxing, tinting, henna, brow laminations, manicures and pedicures.


"Hello, my name is Megan Salomons. I was born and raised in Red Deer, Alberta. I graduated from Delmar College with my Master's in Esthetics. I enjoy leading a healthy lifestyle and my favorite things to do are working out and taking my dog on long walks. I love to travel and find it exciting to step out of my comfort zone to experience new adventures.

I have had the opportunity to experience many services myself as I continue on my own skincare journey. My favorite services to do are microneedling and dermaplaning. My passion for skin care leaves me with the goal for you to feel rejuvenated, fresh, and confident in your skin health & appearance.

Barb Nowek - Registered Massage Therapist

Barb Nowek has been a massage therapist for 15 years. She loves helping her clients feel the relief of letting go of the pain. She has been with Organic Oasis since early 2020.
She looks forward to meeting new people each and everyday and can’t wait to work with you!
​In her spare time she loves to explore the outdoors and spend time with family. She grew up in Yellowknife NWT, but has called central alberta home for the past 30 years.

Crystal Beuker - Registered Massage Therapist

Crystal started her massage career in 2013 at the Alberta Institute of Massage in Red Deer. She started doing massage with a chiropractor in 2013 and have happily been with Organic Oasis since 2015. She enjoys pushing herself into continued learning and strives to keep growing. Some of her passions in massage are figuring out the pathways in which the body can move. She is entertained by the fact everything is connected in our body and when the pieces are put together we can truly help assist with actively helping you to move freely. She likes to use a variety of techniques based on your daily needs. Crystal offers Cupping, Hot Stone, Deep Tissue and Relaxation Massage.

"I grew up playing many different sports and have had many injuries myself. In my spare time my boyfriend and I are avid golfers who live in Sylvan. If we're not golfing we are spending quality time with friends and family. I look forward to building a relationship with you, your family and friends. I welcome all ages and walks of life to try massage and see how it can help you live a more mobile pain free life."

Colinda graduated from the 3000 hours Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy diploma through MaKami College. She believes in a client-centered approach to wellness which means her clients are to be treated as individuals with a voice that needs to be heard.  She encourages her clients to enjoy a healthy life, and wants them to feel better from each treatment session. She looks forward to helping you in your health journey and believes that the body can heal itself with  assistance along the way.

Sian Doll - Registered Massage Therapist

Sian has been doing massage for 8 years graduating from Alberta Institute of Massage in 2015.
She loves having the ability to give relief to her clients especially during and after pregnancy as massage was what got her through her pregnancies and in turn got me on the path of becoming a massage therapist.

"I specialize in therapeutic, relaxation, pre/postnatal massage, cupping and hot stone massage. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family camping and exploring."

Mike Taddeo - Registered Massage Therapist

​Mike was born and raised in Northwestern Ontario starting his career as a lumberjack for over 15 years. Always wanting to learn more and look for new challenges, at the age of 30 went back to school and obtained a 4 year degree in Human Resource Management. Mike spent the next 25 years working in the Information Technologies field mainly in Oil and Gas. All of the past injuries Mike has had, he felt this career change was warranted because the need to help others was very important. Mike believes this is the most rewarding career he could have chosen. Seeing a patient in pain when they come in for treatment and in a short time, the patient feel better, move better and start down the path to a better, healthier future and pain free lifestyle.
Mike graduated from the 3,000 hour Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist diploma at Makami College in Calgary. Mikes training includes modalities such as Deep Tissue Massage, Therapeutic Massage, Cross fiber Massage, Whiplash Recovery and more. Mike has a passion for helping others and prefers to work with injuries. He is always looking to improve his skills to promote pain management; this has lead him to become certified as a Shockwave Specialist, Microcurrent and Stimpod practitioner.

Chandler Hyles​ - Registered Massage Therapist

Chandler has recently stepped into the massage field graduating from Alberta College of Massage Therapy in Red Deer with honours in April of 2023. He is a dedicated massage therapist eager to learn and grow his skills as an RMT.
Passionate in aiding people to bring back normal function of their body with the use of a variety of Swedish techniques including but not limited to myofascial release, relaxation and deep tissue therapy.

“I’ve always been fascinated by the human anatomy how things are connected and work, mainly as a way for me to help lose weight and then maintain that weight loss. Self teaching myself in my younger adult years the basic understanding how the muscles are connected/work to help aid myself more when I went to the gym. This lead me to peruse a career in massage therapy taking my schooling through ACMT.”

Amanda Hanson - ​Assistant Manager

Amanda is the rock of our front end team, and a huge support to Rae and our whole team! She handles a lot of stressful situations with grace and respect! We appreciate you so much!

Amanda has been with us now for just over 5 years.

She takes customer service very seriously and will always try to make sure you have a great experience either in salon or over the phone.
Some of Amanda’s favorite products include Eminence C & E serum, Eufora moisture intense shampoo and conditioner and the jane iredale brow pencils.

Outside of work you can find her at home with her family hanging out in the backyard and playing games.

Tiara Shelemba - Receptionist

I've worked at Organic Oasis for almost 3 months now, and love being on the front desk. I love getting to say hello to all of our guests and getting to know them. 


My favorite service is hard to pick, as I've enjoyed everything I've had done so far, but I really enjoyed the laser treatments and the results I've seen already. My favorite products are the Neuma leave in repair and Eufora beautifying serum for my hair.


On my own time I am a busy pet mom and an avid reader.

Anna Filipchuk - Receptionist

One of my favorite parts of this job is getting to know all of the clients that come in and seeing them happy after their services. I get to work alongside a really amazing team every single day too which I am very grateful for. In my downtime I enjoy listening to lots of music, hanging out with my friends and going on trips.
